摘 要:研究了铁炭微电解预处理和膨胀颗粒污泥床(Expanded Granular Sludge Bed,简称EGSB)反应器处理富马酸废水的效果。结果表明:铁炭微电解作为预处理方法可获得较为理想的处理效果,处理后COD去除率可达43%,B/C由0.12上升到0.40;较低的pH有利于微电解的处理,pH>4以后,COD去除率下降较快;m(铁):m(炭)=2:1~5:1时,微电解处理效果最好。EGSB反应系统能够有效地处理经微电解处理后的富马酸生产废水,COD去除率可达90%以上。铁炭微电解预处理+厌氧生物处理的组合工艺可为后续好氧处理创造有利条件,最终实现达标排放的目标。Iron-carbon microelectrolysis-expanded granular sludge bed reactor used for pretreating fumaric acidcontaining wastewater has been studied. The results show that iron-carbon microelectrolysis, as a pretreatment method, can obtain quite ideal efficiency. After the pretreatment, the COD removal rate could reach 43%, and B/C raises from 0.12 to 0.40. The microelectrolysis effect is better at a lower pH. After the pH〉4, the COD removal rate decreases faster. The best effect can be obtained, while m (Fe) :m (C) =2:1 -5:1. EGSB reaction system could treat fumaric acid-containing wastewater that has been pretreated by microelectrolysis effectively. The COD removal rate can be higher than 90%. The combined process, iron-carbon microelectrolysis pretreatment + anerobic biological treatment, could create beneficial conditions for the sequent aerobic treatment process, and finally reach the standard of effluent discharge.
