摘 要:目的研究马蓝[Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees)Bremek.]叶的化学成分。方法利用多种色谱方法进行成分分离,根据理化性质和波谱学分析对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从马蓝叶的乙醇提取物中分离得到5个生物碱类化合物:靛玉红(1)、色胺酮(2)、1H-吲哚-3-羧酸(3)、4(3H)-喹唑酮(4)、2-氨基苯甲酸(5);两个黄酮类化合物:5,7,4′-三羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮(6)、5,7,4′-三羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7);两个单萜类成分:(-)-loliolide(8)、(+)-isololiolide(9)。结论化合物5、7、8、9为首次从马蓝属植物中分离得到,其中化合物8、9为首次在马蓝属中分离得到的单萜类成分。Aim To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Baphicacanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek. Methods The compounds were isolated by the silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS columns chromatography and preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified by the physico-chemical properties and the spectral analysis. Results Nine compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the leaves of Baphicacanthus cusia. They were five alkaloids, two monoterpenoids and two flavonoids, and were identified as indirubin ( 1 ), tryptanthrin ( 2 ), 1 H-indole-3 -carboxylic acid ( 3 ), 4 ( 3 H) -quinazolinone ( 4), 2-aminobenzoic acid ( 5 ), 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-6-methoxyflavone (6), 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-6-methoxyflavone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), ( - )-loliolide(8), and( + )-isololiolide(9). Conclusion Compounds 5,7,8 and 9 were firstly isolated from this genus. The monoterpenoids were found from this genus for the fn'st time.
