摘　　要：【目的】观察LYRM1基因在人前体脂肪细胞分化过程中表达水平的变化。【方法】体外培养人前体脂肪细胞,采用RT-PCR及Western-Blot技术检测LYRM1基因在人前体脂肪细胞分化不同阶段(前体脂肪细胞;0、2、6、12 d)核酸及蛋白水平的表达变化。【结果】LYRM1基因在分化第2 d(Day2)时核酸及蛋白表达水平均明显上调,与各时段的表达水平差异有显著性(P<0.01),其余各组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。【结论】初步揭示了LYRM1基因在人前体脂肪细胞分化过程中的表达变化趋势。[Objective] To investigate the expression of LYRM1 during differentiation of human preadipoeyte. [Methods] Human preadipoeytes were cultured in vitro and differentiated into mature adipoeytes. RT-PCR and Western- Blot analysis were used to observe the expression level of LYRM1 gene during the period of human preadipocyte differentiation （preadipoeyte; Day 0,Day 2,Day 6,Day 12）. [Result] LYRM1 expression was dramatically up-regulated on day 2 at both the mRNA and protein levels（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] The changes of LYRM1 gene expression during differentiation of human preadipocyte are characterized.
