摘　　要：【目的】探讨新生儿先天性心脏病（congenital heart defects，CHD）的筛查及临床治疗效果。【方法】总结本院2006年1月-2007年12月筛查的新生儿5891例，治疗、随访检出的CHD患儿52例。【结果】新生儿5891例中经筛查发现CHD52例，检出率8．82‰。新生儿期手术4例，要幼儿期手术23例，均治愈，无术后并发症发生。【结论】新生儿CHD筛查并随访，选择最佳时期外科治疗是CHD防治的重要环节，可有效提高CHD患儿的生存率和生活质量。[Objective] To investigate the effects of screening and clinical treatment for congenital heart defects （CHD） in newborns. [Method] Screened for CHD was performed on 5 891 newborns in hospital from January 2006 to December 2007, and 52 cases with CHD were followed-up. [Result] Among 5 891 newborns, 52 cases was found with CHD （8.82‰）, of which, 4 cases underwent operation and recovered in newborns, 23 cases in infants,there were no post- operative complications. [Conclusions] Screening and follow-up for CHD in newborns and surgical treatment at proper time is important in prevention and management of CHD. It can effectively improve the survival rate and life quality of patients with CHD.
