基于统一的三维产品数字模型构建协同设计平台研究

摘　　要：德阳是中国重大技术装备制造业基地,有大中小企业900多家,众多配套企业与骨干企业的技术水平差异很大,制约了重装基地整体水平的发展。通过基于统一的三维产品数字模型的协同设计系统、ASP模式的多企业协同任务管理系统以及互联网企业公共门户网站,构建技术引进平台、技术协作平台以及企业公共门户组成的公共设计平台,搭建了骨干企业与中小企业之间合作的桥梁,从而实现中小企业对人才、技术资源、检测设备等的分享,以提高其为大型骨干企业的配套服务能力。There are more than 900 enterprises in Deyang,which is an important technology and equipment manufacturing base of China.But the enormous discrepancy in the technical level of numerous enterprises restricts the development of whole heavy technical equip base.Construct technical indraught terrace,technical cooperative terrace and public design terrace consisting of enterprise public portal,by cooperative design system based on unitive three-dimensional digital model,cooperative manage system of ASP and internet website of enterprise cooperative portal.Construct the bridge between primary and subordinate enterprises.The subordinate enterprises share in talent,technical resource,tester and so on,improving their capability of serving primary enterprises.
