摘　　要：应用腹腔镜对3头奶牛进行腹腔探查,结果表明奶牛腹腔镜右肷部探查能对肝脏、真胃、肾脏、肠管、子宫以及膈肌的右半部提供良好的视野。能够对兽医临床上一些疑难杂症(真胃变位、腹腔积液、卵巢囊肿、腹腔肿瘤等)进行诊断。The experiment has explored abdomen of the three cows with laparoscopy on their right flank results showed that there were better view on liver, rumen, kidney, intestinal canal, womb of the milk cows and so on. Some of complex diseases on veterinary clinic can be diagnosed by laparoscopic, for example, abomasal displacement, ascites, ovarian cysts, abdominal tumors.
