摘 要:传统的轴承仿真技术多假定套圈的刚度为无穷大,用于一般滚动轴承分析较为合理,但对于套圈较薄的航空轴承有较大的误差。依据刚柔接触理论且考虑套圈的柔性效应,基于Virtual.Lab Motion平台建立了滚动轴承仿真模型,阐述了轴承仿真的途径和方法。该仿真方法物理意义清晰、模型直观,对于轴承的动态性能分析、强度以及载荷分布的仿真计算提供必要的方法与手段。仿真结果可应用于轴承产品设计、制造、故障诊断等各个领域,为现代化轴承的研究与生产提供先进的技术支持,同时,对工程实践也具有很强的理论价值。The rigidity of ferrule is supposed to be infinite when using traditional bearing simulation technology. This assumption is reasonable for analysis of general roiling ball bearings, but it has a relatively big error for aero bearings which have thin ferrules. According to rigid-flexible theory, a simulation model of rolling ball bearing was established on the platform of Virtual. Lab Motion, and the method of simulation of bearing was described. This method has clear physical meaning and a straightforward model. It also provides necessary instruments and means for analyzing dynamic capabilities, intensity and load distribution of bearings. The simulation result can be used to product design, manufacture, failure diagnosis, and so on. It is a kind of advanced technical support for the study and manufacture of modem bearing. It also has some theoretical importance in engineering practice.
