摘 要:利用微波辅助提取印楝核中nimbin。分别考察辐射时间、溶剂、物料比和辐射功率对nimbin提取率的影响,以HPLC定量测定所萃取的nimbin含量。结果表明:最佳组合为辐射时间3min×3次,甲醇为溶剂,微波功率210W,物料比1:3(kg/L),此条件下nimbin的提取率为76.269%。微波萃取与磁搅拌萃取相比,微波法不仅萃取产量高,而且萃取时间极短。Microwave assisted extraction (MAP) of nimbin from Azadirachta indica was studied. The result of quantitative of nimbin in the extract with HPLC indicates that compared to the methods of conventional solvent extraction, microwave assisted extraction not only provides higher production but also has the advantages of being fast and efficient. The better technological parameters were radiation time 3 minx3, microwave power 210 W, ratios of solvent 1:3 (kg/L), solvent system MeOH, then a 76.269% yield of nimbin was reached.
