摘　　要：A群链球菌(GAS)是人类细菌感染最常见的病原菌之一,其疫苗的研发仍是尚未解决的难题。本文介绍了目前GAS疫苗研发的不同策略,并重点阐述了M蛋白多肽疫苗的最新研究进展。Group A streptococcus （GAS） is one of the most common pathogenic bacteria. However, it is still difficult to develop the vaccine against GAS. In this paper, various strategies of GAS vaccine development are described, and the latest researches on M protein muhi-peptide vaccine are elaborated emphatically.
