北京市村镇饮用水水源地保护现状、问题及对策

摘　　要：随着北京市村镇地区社会经济的快速发展,村镇饮用水水源地的污染程度有加剧的趋势,进一步加强水源地的研究和保护迫在眉睫。近年来,北京市在村镇饮用水水源地保护方面做了大量工作,率先开展了积极有效的探索。通过近几年村镇地区地下水饮用水水源地安全隐患现状全面调查,发现还存在污染源、防护设施不完善、管理制度不健全等问题,重点从法律法规、技术研究、规划、管理制度、群众意识等方面提出了相应的对策。With the rapid economic and social development in the rural areas in Beijing, the ascending trend is reflected in the poilu tion level of drinking water source in the rural areas, so it is urgent to strengthen the research and protection of the drinking water source area. Recently, Beijing has done a lot of work in drinking water source protection in rural areas, even become the first city to wage an active and effective exploration in this field. By investigating thoroughly the pitfalls of the groundwater source in the rural areas, it is discovered that there are still some problems, such as pollution sources, the lack of preventive facilities and management systems. Here some corresponding measures against those pitfalls are put forward in terms of laws and regulations, technical research, planning, management systems , public awareness and so on.
