摘  要:松辽盆地徐深气田所产天然气普遍含有CO2,气井具有井深、温度高、不同井区CO2含量变化较大等特点,导致气井CO2腐蚀情况较为复杂,气井腐蚀非常严重。为此,分析了徐深气田CO2腐蚀环境特点和因素,评价了各种防腐技术在深层气井中的适用性,开展了4种管材、4种缓蚀剂的优选评价,完成了完井管柱设计以及工艺优化,确实了合理产能的范围,为不同类型含CO2深层气井防腐方案的制订提供了技术支撑。对类似含CO2腐蚀气井开发提供了借鉴。The natural gas produced in the Xushen gas field,Songliao Basin,commonly contains CO2 in a large variety of content and gas wells are deep under high temperature,so the CO2 corrosion is rather serious on the down-hole pipes and strings.Therefore,we analyzed the environment and the factors of CO2 corrosion in this field,made an appraisal of all kinds of anti-corrosion technologies on the adaptability in deep gas wells,evaluated and selected the best from four different tubular goods and four different corrosion inhibitors,implemented the design on the down-hole pipes and strings and the process optimization for well completion,and determined a reasonable range of well productivity under such conditions.This study provides a robust technical support for engineers to complete proper anti-corrosion projects according to different CO2-contained deep gas wells,and a good reference for the development of similar CO2-contained gas wells.
