摘  要:国内部分城市埋地燃气管道服役时间较长,存在着老化、腐蚀、事故频发等问题,一旦发生泄漏将会影响到公众的财产和人身安全,因而急需进行埋地管道风险的检测评价工作。而在管道风险检测中对管道失效可能性的分析显得尤为重要。为此,介绍了基于风险检测(RBI)的定性、半定量、定量失效可能性分析方法,并结合某城市埋地燃气管道的实例,详细说明了RBI半定量方法在埋地燃气管道失效可能性分析中的应用。根据风险分析结果能制订经济适用的检验策略,使失效可能性分析更加合理、实用。Some Chinese urban buried gas pipelines have been in service for a long period,which will result in some problems,such as pipeline aging,corrosion and frequent accidents,etc.Once leaks occur in the pipelines,they will threaten the public property and personal safety.It is urgent to perform the risk-based inspection(RBI)and evaluation on gas pipelines,and the analysis on pipeline failure possibility is especially important in the RBI.Therefore,this paper introduces the qualitative,semi-quantitative and quantitative analysis methods of the RBI.Moreover,by citing a real example in a certain city,it also introduces the application of the RBI semi-quantitative method in the failure possibility analysis of buried gas pipelines.Then it figures out an economical and applicable inspection strategy according to the results of risk analysis,which makes the failure possibility analysis more reasonable and applicable.
