摘 要:论述了利用燃煤烟气中回收的CO2制造新型尿素的设想。介绍了烟气回收CO2制尿素、长效尿素和纳米长效尿素的工艺流程;通过田间试验数据和产品检测数据,论证了纳米长效尿素对各类作物的增产机理及其在质量、安全和环境方面的保障;提出了在靠近尿素生产企业的燃煤发电厂建设示范工程项目的建议,以利推广。Author has discussed the supposition that the new type urea can be made by CO2 recovered in coal combustion flue gas; has introduced the process flows of urea, long effective urea and nanometer long-effective urea, all made by CO2 recovered from flue gas; through the field test data and product detection data author has also certified the production increasing mechanism of the nanometer long-effective urea on the various kinds of crops and also has discussed the guarantee from aspects of quality , safety and environment; has supposed that a demonstrative plant can be built in the power station by coal combustion near to the urea production enterprise in order to smoothly spread above-mentioned new technology.
