摘  要:分析了传统CO2气提法尿素生产工艺存在的问题;论述了由中国五环工程有限公司自主开发的高效冷凝、低安装高度的CO2气提法尿素生产工艺流程和技术特点;提出了关键设备高压管式全冷凝反应器的技术改进方案。结果表明,该工艺不仅适用于新、旧尿素装置的建设和改造,而且对水溶液全循环法尿素装置的节能改造尤为适用。Author has analyzed the problems existing in urea production process by traditional CO2 stripping method; has discussed the process flow and technology features of urea production by CO2 stripping method with low condensation and low installation level, which was self- developed by CWE company ; has presented the technical improvement scheme for the key equipment, namely high pressure tube type reactor with full condensation. The result indicates that not only this process is suitable for construction and reformation of new/old urea plants, but also it is rather suitable for energy conservation and reformation of urea plant with water solution fullcirculation method.
