论痰瘀互结是老年人心脑共病的关键病机

摘　　要：中医学运用病证结合方法防治心脑共病具有独特优势。心脑共病是老年患病人群的常见特点。这2种疾病有着共同的致病机制,严重影响老年人的生活质量,并且致残率较高。导致老年人心脑共病的原因有很多。总结临床多年经验,认为,痰瘀互结是导致心脑共病的关键病机。而经过对该患病人群进行化瘀祛痰、心脑同治治疗后,患者临床症状得到改善。Heart and brain being ill simultaneously are often happen in old people. This two diseases have a homology key pathogenesis which influence the aged＇s lives severely. So I think that if I can find a way that can therapy these two diseases at the same time because they have the same pathogenesis. After this kind of therapy in the clinic ,the patients＇symptom had improved at the diffcnt degrees.
