注射用盐酸川芎嗪联合中药灌肠对慢性肾功能衰竭的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨注射用盐酸川芎嗪联合中药灌肠对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的影响。方法:80例CRF患者随机分成两组(治疗组和对照组)。对照组进行常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用注射用盐酸川芎嗪和中药灌肠,每日1次,30天为1个疗程。观察治疗前后两组血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞(RBC)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血浆白蛋白(Alb)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)的变化。结果:治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组Hb、RBC、Scr、BUN、Alb、GFR与治疗前比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:注射用盐酸川芎嗪联合中药灌肠可降低Scr、BUN,升高GFR、Hb、RBC、Alb,从而延缓轻、中度CRF患者病情的进展。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Ligustrazine Hydrochloride injection and clyster with Chinese crude drug in treatment of chronic renal failure（CRF）. Methods ：Eighty patients with CRF were randomly divided into treat group and control group. Control group were treated with routine therapy and treat group were treated with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride injection and clyster with Chinese crude drug on the basis of treatment of control group for 30 days（ once a day）. After treatment ,the changes of haemoglobin （ Hb）, akaryocyte （ RBC）, serum ereatinine （ Scr）, blood urea nitrogen （ BUN）, plasma-albumin （Alb） and glomerular filtration rate （GFR） were observed. Results ： There is a significantly different between two group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The Hb and RBC, Scr,BUN,Alb,GFR were significantly changed after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）In treat group. Conclusion：Ligustrazine Hydrochloride injection and clyster with Chinese crude drug decreased Scr,BUN, and improves GFR, Hb,RBC,AIb. Its can delay the development of light and midrange CRF patients.
