应用五行生克法治疗乙肝患者ALT失常HBeAg HBV-DNA阳性130例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五行生克法与拉米夫定、干扰素治疗慢性乙肝ALT失常HBeAg、HBV-DNA阳性的疗效。方法:选择250例乙肝患者随机分为治疗组130例,对照组120例,治疗组予以五行生克法;对照组给予拉米夫定加干扰素,1月为1个疗程,4个疗程后进行疗效判定比较。结果:治疗组治疗前后ALT,HBeAg、HBV-DNA比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后比较,亦有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组治疗后比较,ALT复常治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01),HBeAg、HBV-DNA阴转治疗与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:表明传统医学与现代医学在治疗慢性病毒性乙肝均能恢复ALT,清除和抑制HBV复制,而中医具有疗效高、副作用少等优势。Objective ：To investigate the Effects of Health and Restraint of the Five Elements methods and Lamivudine,Interferon on the contents of ALT disorders, HBeAg, HBV-DNA-positive of patients with Chronic hepatitis B. Methods：Choice of 250 cases of hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into treatment group, 130 cases, 120 cases of the control group, treatment group to Health and Restraint of the Five Elements methods;Given to the control group （lamivudine plus interferon） ,in 1 month for one course of treatment,4 after treatment to determine comparative efficacy. Results：Treatment group before and after ALT, HBeAg, HBV-DNA comparison,the difference was significant（ P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈 0. 05）. Comparison of the control group before and after treatment, there was significant difference too（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, Comparison of the two groups after treatment, ALT returned to normal treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）, HBeAg, HBV-DNA negative treatment compared with the control group, there are significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：To show that between traditional and modem medicine in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B are able to resume the ALT,clearanee and inhibition of HBV replication, while Chinese medicine has a high efficacy ,less side effects and other advantages.
