摘　　要：为评价蛤蚧商品药材的安全性,采用微波消解,ICP-MS测定,对10个地区的蛤蚧商品药材中的5种有害元素含量进行检测,按对外经贸部的《药用植物及制剂进口绿色行业标准》评价,除个别样品的铜含量略高外,其他样品中的有害元素含量均不超标。表明目前蛤蚧商品药材的有害元素含量基本合格。To evaluate security performance of commercial Gecko,the contents of 5 harmful elements of 10 samples is determined by microwave digestion-ICP-MS is reported. Beside the contents of Cu of 1 sample, the contents of harmful elements in commercial Gecko fit in with the standard. So, the quality of commercial Gecko is certificated.
