针刺配合面部闪罐治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺配合面部闪罐治疗面部寻常性痤疮的疗效,总结痤疮的针灸治疗经验。方法:82例寻常性痤疮患者被随机分成针罐治疗组和针灸对照组。针罐治疗组采用毫针针刺配合面部闪罐治疗;针灸对照组采用毫针针刺治疗。结果:两组治愈率相比,针罐治疗组明显优于针灸对照组(P<0.05),针刺配合面部闪罐对脓疱皮损的疗效显著优于单纯针刺(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合面部闪罐能有效消除丘疹、脓疱等皮损,可作为治疗寻常性痤疮的方法之一。Objective ：This study is to observe and evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined flash cupping for acne vulgaris. Methods ：Totally 82 patients definitely diagnosed with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups, acupuncture with flash cupping group（ n = 43）and acupuncture group（ n = 39）. Cases in acupuncture with flash cupping group were treated with filiform needle acupuncture combined with flash cupping on the face, while cases in acupuncture group only with filiform needie acupuncture. Results ：The cure rates was 44. 2% in acupuncture with flash cupping group, and 23.0% in acupuncture group with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Filiform needle acupuncture combined with flash cupping can be the valid treatment for acne Vulgaris,worthy of clinical application.
