摘 要:目的:探讨祛瘀生新法代表方剂生化止血饮对药物流产后大鼠子宫蜕膜形态学以及蜕膜组织中凋亡抑制基因Bcl-2及孕激素受体(PR)的影响和作用机制。方法:40只受孕大鼠随机分为正常孕鼠组、模型组、益母草组、生化止血饮组,光镜下观察药物流产后大鼠子宫蜕膜的形态学改变,采用免疫组化法检测药物流产后子宫蜕膜中Bcl-2及PR的表达。结果:正常孕鼠组可见结构完整的蜕膜细胞;模型组可见蜕膜组织呈片状变性、坏死;益母草组蜕膜组织疏松破碎;生化止血饮组未见蜕膜组织,呈现正常子宫内膜形态。生化止血饮可显著降低子宫蜕膜中Bcl-2及PR的含量,减少其表达,与正常组、模型组、益母草组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:生化止血饮可明显减少蜕膜细胞的数量,并通过降低蜕膜组织中Bcl-2及PR的表达,促使残留蜕膜从子宫壁剥脱,加速子宫内膜的修复而达到止血的目的。Objective:To investigate Shenghuazhixueyin's effects and the function mechanism to decidua's morpholog, apoptosis inhabitory gene Bcl-2 and progesterone receptor(PR) after the rats' medical abortion. Methods:Divide forty pregnant rats randomly into the normal group, the model group, yimucao group and Shenghuazhixueyin group, then observe the morpholog under Optical Microscope and detect the expression of Bcl - 2 and PR by the immunohistochemical method. Results : The normal group shows normal decidual cell with integrate structure;the model group shows patchy degeneration, necrosis;Yimucao group shows that decidual is loose and broken;Shenghuazhixueyin group shows normal endometrium instead of decidual. Shenghuazhixueyin can remarkably decrease Bcl -2 and PR's content in womb decidua and reduce their expression. Comparing with the normal group, the model group and yimucao group there are significant differences (P 〈 0.05 ). Shenghuazhixueyin group has a better curative effect than yimucao group. Conclusion: Shenghuazhixueyin can remarkably reduce the amount of decidual cells and make decidua flake quickly by the way of decreasing the expression of Bcl - 2 and PR. It will accelerate the endometrium regeneration and obviously reduce the colporrhagia time and reach the purpose of hematischesis.
