摘　　要：目的:研究中药提取物HQ0805对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖及细胞因子IL-2的影响。方法:无菌制备小鼠脾淋巴细胞,分别用不同浓度的HQ0805作用于静止状态及ConA活化的脾淋巴细胞,用MTT法测定HQ0805对淋巴细胞增殖的影响;用流式细胞仪检测HQ0805对脾细胞培养上清液中细胞因子IL-2的影响。结果:HQ0805明显抑制静止状态与活化状态T淋巴细胞的增殖,并呈剂量依赖性;抑制IL-2的分泌。结论:HQ080抑制小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖,可能与抑制IL-2有关。Objective ： To observe the effect of extractive of Chinese crude drug, HQ0805, on splenic lympho- cyte multiplication and cell factor IL-2. Method： The mouse splenic lymphocytes were cultured in vitro. HQ0805 in different density was given to them in resting state and activated state by Con A respectively. Measure the lymphocytes proliferation by MTT after 72h, and determine IL-2 in supernate by flow cytometric analysis after 48h. Result： HQ0805 could notably inhibit proliferation of resting lymphocytes in dose-dependent fashion, as well as activated lymphocytes. The IL-2 production was suppressed by HQ0805. Conclusion： HQ0805 can inhibit lymphocytic proliferation, and it may be related to lowering IL-2 in supernate.
