摘　　要：重点介绍了钱学森提出的综合集成方法,基于这个方法,系统工程已经发展到复杂巨系统工程和社会系统工程阶段。总体设计部是运用综合集成方法、应用系统工程技术的实体部门,是实现综合集成工程的关键所在。文中也指出了这些进展在实际中的应用价值和意义。This paper introduces meta-synthetic methodology advanced by Qian Xuesen, which promotes system engineering to a new phase of complex giant system engineering and social system engineering. It also illustrates that Department of Integrative System Design is the kind of organization to praetiee meta-synthetie methodology and system engineering technologies, which is the key to meta-synthetic engineering. The paper then expounds the application value and significance of these advancements.
