摘　　要：本文根据产甲烷菌的生理生化特征和代谢途径研究工作的新进展，讨论了产甲烷菌的电子转移和甲基代谢反应及反应中的独特酶类，提出了利用这些独特酶和辅酶作为监测产甲烷过程的方法。According to the new research development of biophysical/biochemical and metabolism pathway to methanogen, in this paper, the electronic transportation and methyl group metabolism reactions are discussed. Some of unique enzymes and coenzymes in the reactions are discussed and suggested to be monitoring index for mathanogenesis. And their monitoring methods as indexes are discussed.
