摘　　要：本研究报导了以人胎盘为原料提取 RI的方法。进一步研究了 RI对 BALB/ c小鼠肿瘤生长的抑制作用 ,证明 RI对 BALB/Ribonuclease Inhibitor(RI),a compound extracted from human placenta,was shown to have antitumoral activity In this study, an extraction method of RI is described We extracted RI from fresh placenta RI was rapidly seperated and purified by series of treatments such as salting out,dialsis and DEAE cellulose 23 chromatography High activity fraction was collected and used as the material to test the antitumor effect of RI on BALB/c mice
