超导可视无痛人工流产术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的在可视B超引导下操作行无痛人工流产术，寻求降低人工流产并发症的有效方法。方法对200例早孕患者行超导可视无痛人工流产术，并对手术时间、术中出血、疼痛、手术过程、术后随访结果进行分析。结果超导可视无痛人工流产技术具有元痛苦，手术时间短，出血少，可以明显减少并发症，无明显后遗症等优点。结论超导可视人工流产手术安全可靠，符合妇女的身心要求，值得推广和应用。Objective To explore the effective method of reducing the complication of induced abortion through visual B - ultrasound conducting technique. Methods 200 early pregnant women were performed induced abortion with visual B - ultrasound and the data of the operation time, the volume of bleeding, painless, the results of flowing - up was analyzed. Results It was painless, shorter time of operation and less bleeding of visual B - ultra-sound conducting technique that would reduce the complication of induced abortion and clinical sequelae. Conclusion It was so safe of visual B - ultrasound conducting technique and satisfied with the physical and mental requirement of fertile women that would be worth generalization and utilization.
