摘　　要：目的探讨女性膀胱过度活动症（overactive bladder，OAB）患者的治疗。方法回顾性分析42例女性OAB患者采用膀胱训练与药物治疗的疗效。结果药物治疗组治愈率、总有效率明显高于膀胱训练组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对女性OAB患者在积极治疗原发病的同时，抗OAB药物治疗比单纯膀胱训练更有效。Objective To explore the treatment of females with overactive bladder（OAB）. Methods The clinic data of 42 females with OAB adopted urine bladder train and medicine treatment was reviewed. Results The cure rate and total efficient rate in medicine treatment group was more higher than that in the urine bladder train group and there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For OAB patients the primary affection ought to be treated , anti - OAB medicine treatment was better than pure urine bladder train.
