摘　　要：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（obstructive sleep apnoea—hypopnoea Syndrome，OSAHS）有较高的代谢性疾病并发症。胰岛素抵抗（insulin resistance，IR）与十余种代谢疾病有关，也是导致这些疾病的主要因素。两者在临床上有较高的并存率。以下就OSAHS与IR相关性作一综述。Obstructive sleep apnoea-hypopnoea syndrome （OSAHS） has a higher complication of metabolic disease. Insulin vesistance（IR） is connected with over ten kinds of metabolic disease,which is the main reason of these diseases. The two have higher coexisting rate in clinic. The following makes a summary of correlation on OSAHS and IR.
