摘　　要：考虑到城市在经济建设和社会发展中的重要功能及城市环境系统的机构特殊性,分析城市大气环境安全监测的重要性。Considered the important functions of the city in social economic development, this paper analyses the importance of safe monitoring of atmosphere environmennt in city, the essential of building the emergency monitoring, the safe monitoring and warning system. The composition is also summarized.
