摘　　要：探讨破裂颅内动脉瘤患者围手术期护理经验。对破裂颅内动脉瘤患者术前做到常规护理快速全面、专科护理用药准确、观察细致、通气良好。术后做到重视病情观察，做好用药、管道及各器官功能的预防性护理。22例患者均得到及时手术，术后恢复良好15例，中度残废5例，重度残废1例，死亡1例。认真细致的病情观察和全面周到的护理是破裂颅内动脉瘤患者顺利康复的保障。Objective To summarize perioperative nursing experience for the patients with rupture of intracranial aneurysms. Methods 22 patients with rupture of intracranial aneurysm were given quick and all - round routine nursing. And they were accessed medication accurately, observed carefully and good ventilation in special care before operation. They were lald stress on observation, drugs, pipes nursing and preventive nursing of various organs in postopeative. Results All of 22 patients had been operated in time. After operation, 15 cases were good recovery, 5 cases were moderate disability, 1 case was severe disability and 1 case was died. Conclusions The observation of illness carefully and all - round nursing are the security of smooth rehabilitation with the patients of rupture intracranial aneurysms.
