鼻内镜下额鼻联合入路多发脑脊液鼻漏修补术的观察及护理

摘　　要：总结鼻内镜辅助下额鼻联合入路多发脑脊液鼻漏修补术的护理经验。对5例（7侧）多发脑脊液鼻漏者，同时累及额窦后壁及筛顶、筛板交接区颅底，伴颅内积气，行额窦后壁骨折脑脊液鼻漏修补及鼻窦镜下蝶、筛顶区颅底骨折脑脊液鼻漏修补，进行了临床观察及护理。结果均一次修补成功。所有患者术后定期内镜下随诊，至今均已超过1年，无任何并发症。鼻内镜辅助下额鼻联合入路手术修补，方法简便、安全、成功率高，正确精心的护理更是确保手术成功的关键。Objective To summarization nursing experience of the neoplasty of multiple cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea （MCSFR） on combined frontal -nose approach through endoscope. Methods 5cases （7surfaces） of MCSFR were observed and cared. Results 5cases （7surfaces） were repaired successfully. Folow - up survey had been over one year through periodic endoscope after operation. All cases were cured finally. Condusions Neoplasty of combined frontal - nose approach through endoscope is simple, safe. Correct nursing is important for suceessful operation.
