音乐疗法对癌症患者心理状况的影响观察

摘　　要：目的观察音乐疗法对癌症病人的影响效果。方法抽查300名癌症病人按入院的先后顺序随机分为两组，采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）在干预前后对其心理进行问卷调查。一组执行常规护理干预（即：心理护理、健康教育），一组在常规护理干预的基础上进行音乐干预。结果两组干预前心理状况与常模比较差异显著P〈0．001，两组之间无明显差异；经干预10d后，音乐干预组与常规护理干预组比较，除躯体化、恐惧、精神病性（P〉0．05）外，其他因子差异显著（P〈0．01）。结论癌症患者的心理健康状况均较差；音乐护理干预提高心理健康水平优于常规护理干预。Objective To study the effect of music therapy on the psychological condition of cancer patients. Methods 300 cancer patients were divided into two groups, questiomlaire surveys were carried on by the symptom from to comment the meter （SCL- 90） . Control group was accepted the conventional nursing intervention （i. e. ： psychological nursing, health education）, music group was accepted music intervention and the conventional nursing. Results The psychological condition was significantly different before intervention between two groups and norm （ P 〈0. 001 ）, but there was no different between the two groups. After intervention 10 d, except somatization, fear, neurosis （P 〉 0. 05）, other factors were different （P 〈 0. 01 ） between music group and control group. Conclusions Cancer patients＇psychologlcal healthy condition is bad. Music nursing intervention may raise the psychological healthy level.
