摘  要:近年来支气管哮喘发病率有逐年增长的趋势,所以对于支气管哮喘病因、病机及治疗方面的研究很必要。但支气管哮喘在人体研究具有局限性,使动物模型在哮喘研究中起了无可替代的作用。近年来越来越多的哮喘动物模型被应用于进一步阐明哮喘的病理生理、免疫学机制,同时动物研究可提供人体研究难得的结果,甚至在研制新药方面也可提供在人身上无法实行的实验性治疗。本文就目前已经成型的动物模型及相关致敏物质做一综述。As morbidity of asthma was increasing in recent years, it was necessary to investigate the etiology, pathology, treatment of bronchus asthma. But there were many limitations to study in human, so that the animal model of asthma played a Irreplaceable role in asthma investigation. In recent years, more and more animal asthma models were applied to further elucidate the pathology, physiology, and the machanisms of immunity. And study in animal also gave us many results which can not achieved in human body. Even in the aspects of development of new drugs, animal model gave us the experimental therapy that can not applied in human. Here, the established animal asthma models and interrelated sensibilization substances were reviewed.
