摘  要:目的研究分析创伤指数(TI)在突发暴力事件伤员救治中的作用。方法根据设定的参数对伤员进行综合评分,并通过评估、确定伤员的伤情等级,指导伤员的分诊救治。通过对伤员入、出急诊科TI分值各等级病例数的比较,TI分值各登记病例数与死亡例数的对比,人急诊科TI分值各等级病例数与其并发症例数的对比研究,分析TI在临床创伤急救中的实际作用。结果TI≤9分者人科、出科伤员例数相差不大,人科TI≥17分及≥21分伤员与出科再评分对比例数相差较大;在TI≥21分值的死亡与并发症的例数均高于其他分值组。结论应用TI在应急过程中短时间内对突发性暴力群体伤伤员的处置、救治、愈后判断以及并发症的预测有一定的作用,但需进一步改进。Objectives Analyze and identify the function of trauma index (TI) of the treatment provided to the wounded in a violent incident. Methods Following by the set parameters, make a comprehensive estimation on those wounded, identifying and classifying the trauma seriousness, providing pertinent medical services to them; Furthermore, by making the comparison on number of the cases admitted and discharged on different levels at the emergency room, figuring out the proportion of death cases out of the trauma index generated from the incident, as well as the proportion of complications out of the cases that admitted and discharged, identify TI' s functionality in clinical trauma treatment. Results TI indicates there is no significant difference in admission and discharge on those wounded whose score are ≤9; for those scores ≥17 and ≥21, there is a significant difference between their admission and discharge/re-evaluation; for those score ≥21, the proportion of death and complication cases is higher than the others. Conclusion It is beneficial in some degree to apply TI on the classification and treatments to the mass wounded in any unexpected violence incident that requests instant reaction, as well as warning some complications from happening. Yet, there is still room to improve.
