摘　　要：目的了解北京市120急救网络人力资源的构成情况。方法2006年8月对北京市120急救网络所有院外急救机构，包括北京急救中心（包括直属分中心5个，直属分站16个），非直属分中心10个，非直属急救站46个进行问卷调查，了解各单位人员的构成情况。结果北京急救中心直属单位共有管理人员61人，调度员44人，后勤人员128人，医生92人，护士118人，司机55人；非直属急救分中心每单位平均有工作人员32．8人；非直属急救站中每单位平均有工作人员20．0人。北京急救中心医生（92人）的学历、职称，均显著高于北京市120急救网络非直属急救机构医生（426人）（P〉0．01，P〉0．05）。非直属机构同北京急救中心护士的学历构成差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），北京急救中心护士中高级职称的比例显著高于非直属机构（P〈0．01）。结论北京市120急救网络整体人员学历、职称结构偏低，尤其是非直属单位。Objective To investigate the composition of human resource of Beijing 120 Emergency Medical Service System （EMSS）. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in all the pre-hospital emergency medical care institutions, including the Beijing Emergency Medical Center （EMC）, inclusive of the 5 sub-centers and 16 sub-stations directly under its jurisdiction, and 10 emergency centers and 46 emergency stations not directly under its jurisdiction. Results There were 61 administrators, 44 dispatchers, 128 logistic personnel, 92 doctors, 118 nurses, and 55 drivers in Beijing 120 EMC： The average numbers of personnel the sub-centers and emergency medical stations non-directly under the Beijing EMC were 32.8 and 20.0 respectively. The levels of education and professional title of the physicians of the Beijing EMC were both significantly higher than those of the physicians of the institutions non-directly under the Beijing EMC （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. The proportion of the nurses with middle and senior titles was 25.42%, significantly higher than that of the nurses in the institutions non-directly under the Beijing EMC （14.33%, P〈0.01）. However, there was not significant difference in the average educational level between the nurses in the Beijing EMC and the institutions non-directly under the Beijing EMC （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The levels of education and professional title of the personnel in the Beijing 120 EMSS, especially of the institutions non0directly under the Beijing EMC were still relatively low.
