复方地塞米松乳膏的制备及质量控制

摘　　要：目的制备以醋酸地塞米松和盐酸赛庚啶为主药的复方地塞米松乳膏剂。方法以十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂制备乳膏;采用高效液相色谱法及紫外分光光度法分别测定乳膏中醋酸地塞米松和盐酸赛庚啶的含量。结果乳膏剂质地均匀、细腻、粘稠度适中。醋酸地塞米松平均含量为99.53%,平均回收率为99.02%(RSD2.28%);盐酸赛庚啶平均含量为100.43%,平均回收率为101.24%(RSD2.76%)。结论该制剂性质稳定,无刺激性,是理想的医院制剂。Objective To prepare a compound dexamethasone acetate cream composed of cyproheptadine hydrochloride（Ch） and dexamethasone acetate（Da）. Methods The cream was prepared using sodium dodecylsuifatc as emulsifying agent. The contents of Ch and Da in cream were determined by spectrophotometry and HPLC respectively. Results The cream exhibited fine consistency and moderate viscosity. The average content of Ch in cream was 100. 43% with an average recovery of 101.24% ,RSD2. 76%. The average content of Da in cream was 99.53% with an average recovery of 99.02%, RSD2. 28%. Conclusion This cream is stable and non-irritative. It is a newly developed preparation.
