中医药促卵泡发育成熟的研究思路

摘　　要：分析了卵泡发育成熟的重要因素是颗粒细胞(GC)的增殖和分化,从GC增殖分化及信号转导通路角度,探讨中药补肾复方及其有效部位促卵泡发育的可能机制及作用靶点,阐明中药补肾复方作用的物质基础,揭示其促卵泡发育的细胞和分子机制,并有助于阐明中医"调经种子"的科学内涵。The proliferation and differentiation of GC are important factors for stimulating follicular development and maturation. From the proliferation and differentiation of GC and signal transduetion pathway, the possible mechanisms and targets of Chinese compound herbal medicine nese medicine and reveals the cellular and molecular mechanisms in stimulating development of the follicle, and can clarify the scientific connation of Tiaojing Zhongzi therapy in TCM, therefore, it will get important progress in stimulating follicular development of Traditional Chinese medicine.
