摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定四磨汤口服液中槟榔碱含量的方法。方法色谱柱:DiamonsilC18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(含0.3%三乙胺,H3PO4调pH 3)-乙腈(99∶1),检测波长:215 nm,柱温:20℃,流速:0.8 mL/min。结果主峰与相邻峰分离度较好,槟榔碱浓度在0.054~0.54μg/mL范围内,其峰面积值与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 3),平均加样回收率为99.2%,RSD=1.1%。结论该方法简单、灵敏、快速、准确,可用于四磨汤口服液中槟榔碱的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of arecoline in simotang oral liquid with HPLC method. Methods The HPLC system was with ODS column at diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase at 0.02 mol/L MPP(including 0.3% triethylamine and KH2 PO4 with pH 3) :acetonitrile(99:1), flowing rate of 0.8 ml/min, UV detecting wavelength at 210 nm and the Column temperature at 20 ℃. Results The linesrity was good within the ranged of 0.054 μg/mL-0.54 μg/mL (r=0.999 3), the average recovery was 99.2%(n=6) and RSD was 1.1%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive, rapid and accurate and can be used for determining the content of arecoline in Simotang oral solution.
