摘  要:目的:探讨聚酰胺可吸收髓内针固定长管状骨骨折的骨痂愈合情况。方法:30条杂种犬,随机分为实验组和对照组。于左胫骨粗隆下3cm处造成横行骨折模型,分别行可吸收髓内针固定和金属髓内针内固定。术后1、2、4、8、12周时分别摄X线片观察,并通过图像分析系统进行骨痂灰度密度图像分析。结果:两组动物开始出现骨痂的时间和骨折线模糊消失的时间是一致的;骨折愈合过程正常,愈合时间与方式完全一致。Objective:This experiment was to study the callus healing of the fracture of long tubular bone fixed by polyacrylamide absorbable intramedulla nail. Methods:Thirty hybrid dogs were devided into test group and control group randomly. Transverse fracture was made three centimeters below the left tibia trochanter, the absorbable intramedullary nail and metal intramedullary nail were used in the two group respectively. Xray examinations were taken 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks after operations. The quantitative analysis of callus gredient density was performed by graphic analysis. Results: We found that the time of callus appearance, fracture line obscure and disappearing were the same as that in control group. Conclusions: Absorbable intramedullary nail could fix long tubular bone completely till healing. 
