摘 要:测试了经不同质量分数酸碱处理后的Outlast粘胶纤维的力学性能,并采用扫描电镜和光学显微镜观察处理前后纤维的表面形态变化,研究酸碱试剂对Outlast粘胶纤维力学性能的影响。结果表明:Outlast粘胶纤维对酸的稳定性较差,但0.4%的H2SO4处理后纤维强力变化不明显,表面形态也没明显变化;1.5%的HCl处理后纤维的形态和强力没有明显变化,纤维受到的损伤较小。相对而言,该纤维对碱的稳定性较好,3%的NaOH处理后该纤维受到的损伤及形态和强力变化较小。研究结果可为Outlast粘胶纤维的生产加工提供参考。This article tested the mechanical property of Outlast viscose fiber which had been subjected to the treatment by different mass fractions of acid and alkali. The morphology of the Outlast viscose fiber before and after treatment was observed by scanning electron microscopy and optical microscope, and the influence of acid and alkaline reagents on the mechanical properties of the fiber was investigated. The results showed that Outlast viscose fiber had poor resistance to acid, but the fiber strength and morphology exhibited slight change when treated with 0.4 % H2 SOa or 1.5 % HCl, and the fiber damage was small. In comparison, the fiber had better resistance to alkali, the fiber strength and morphology exhibited slight change and the fiber was only slightly damaged when treated with 3 % NaOH. This study offers a reference for the manufacture of Outlast viscose.
