摘 要:为解决传统环锭竹节纱参数识别过程中耗时较长、对工作人员的经验要求过高的问题,通过电容传感器将竹节纱细度变化信号转换为电压变化信号,再利用数据采集卡(DAQ)采集电压的变化信号。通过傅里叶变换、动态阈值、条件筛选等方法对获得的信号进行处理,将原始的波动信号转化为方波信号。从方波信号中提取出竹节纱的竹节长度、竹节间距、竹节倍率等参数。基于对竹节长度和竹节间距的分析,提出一种可视化的竹节纱参数识别理论,将该理论与人工经验结合,可有效识别出竹节循环类型。The traditional process of analyzing the parameters of the ring spun slub-yam is time-consuming and sets very high requirement for the workers' experiences. To solve this problem, the capacitance-type sensor is proposed to turn the variety of the yarn line density to the change of the voltage, and the data of the voltage can be acquired by DAQ (data acquisition card). Fourier transform, dynamic threshold and condition filtration are used to process the original signals and transform them into square wave signals. After these steps, the parameters of the slub-yarn, including slub length, slub distance, slub amplitude and the circle rule of the slub yarn, can be acquired. Based on the analysis of the slub length and the slub distance, a new theory for visualization of slub-yarn parameters is proposed. By this theory and the works' experiences, the cycle of slubyam can be recognized efficiently.
