摘 要:为探讨电磁波屏蔽织物服用性能,选取5种不同结构特征的金属纤维混纺织物,对其悬垂、耐磨、折痕回复、拉伸、透湿以及防电磁辐射性能进行测试。运用灰色系统控制理论方法,通过编程运算,得出灰色关联序,对金属纤维混纺电磁波屏蔽织物服用性能影响因素进行灰色关联的优势分析。结果表明:金属纤维含量对屏蔽织物服用性能的影响最为显著,其次为织物紧度、织物面密度、组织系数、织物厚度、纱线线密度。该研究结果可为电磁波屏蔽织物的进一步开发提供参考。In order to study the serviceability of the blended fabrics with different characteristics were electromagnetic shielding fabric, 5 kinds of metallic fiber selected, and the drape, abrasion resistance, crease recovery, tensile, moisture permeability, and radiation-proof property of the fabrics were tested. Based on the gray system control theory, gray correlation sequence were derived through programming operation, and the gray predominant analysis of influencing factors of serviceability of the electromagnetic shielding fabrics was carried out. The results showed that the influencing factors of the serviceability of the electromagnetic shielding fabric are as the following order: metal fiber content 〉 fabric cover 〉 fabric weight per square meter 〉 organization coefficient 〉 fabric thickness 〉 yarn linear density. The result of the study provides a theoretical reference for the further development of electromagnetic shielding fabrics.
