摘  要:在室温条件下采用直流磁控反应溅射方法,在涤纶纺粘非织造织物表面沉积纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)薄膜。采用原子力显微镜(AFM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对不同溅射时间的薄膜表面形貌和化学结构进行表征,同时研究在不同溅射时间条件下制备的沉积纳米TiO2织物的光学透射性能。实验表明:在薄膜成膜生长过程中,薄膜表面化学结构变化不大,但薄膜生长速率和表面形貌出现了较为明显的阶段性变化,随溅射时间的增加,薄膜的连续性和致密性增加,沉积TiO2织物的抗紫外线透射能力加强。Nanoscale titanium dioxide (TiO2 ) functional films were prepared on the surface of nonwoven polyester fabric at room temperature by DC reactive magnetmn sputtering process. The surface morphology and the compositional properties of TiO2 films were characterized by atomic force microscope (AFM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The transmission properties of the fabrics with TiO2 films prepared under different sputtering times were analyzed. The test results showed that the compositional properties changed little in the growing of films, but the growing rate and the surface morphology changed evidently. The increase of the sputtering time led to the increase in the continuity and compactness of TiO2 films. The ultra-violet (UV) absorption by the polyester nonwoven fabric with TiO2 films was enhanced by increasing the sputtering time within a proper range.
