摘 要:为提升基于网格协同设计的研究与应用水平,通过对浙江舟山家纺企业的实地研究,针对家纺行业产品创新能力差、产品设计资源分散、产品创新性要求高等特点,提出基于网格化资源共享的家纺产品异地协同设计平台框架;保持分散的设计资源的本属特性,利用网格化动态集成技术,实现设计资源的动态整合,并使之有效协同,构造虚拟协同工作组,开展产品协同设计工作。这可以有效实现资源的优化配置,合理利用分散的行业或社会的资源,满足产品协同设计中资源与工具需求的动态性、多样性,进而提高企业的创新能力与工作效率。同时介绍了网格化家纺产品异地协同设计平台的系统构思、平台的体系结构及其关键技术。For enhancing the research and application level of the network based product collaborative design, this paper, aiming at such characteristics as the poor innovative ability of home textile enterprises, distributed product design resource, and high requirement for product innovation, has proposed a distributed product collaborative design framework based on grid resource sharing after an investigation of home textile enterprises of Zhoushan city of Zhejiang Province. A grid based resource integrating and cooperation technologies was adopted in the framework, by which the relative distributed resources can be instantly located and integrated to satisfy the dynamic and various requirements for product design. The general ideas, architecture of home textile product collaborative design platform were given, the key technology for the implementation of the platform was also addressed.
