摘 要:作为一种新的筒仓型式,浅圆仓在我国粮食与煤炭等行业中得到了广泛的应用。然而仓中散料对仓壁的侧压力还没有统一的合理的计算方法。为此,该文针对浅圆仓内散料特定的破裂面形态,建立了仓壁散料侧压力的简化力学模型,采用极限分析上限方法,经过严密的数学推导,得出了浅圆仓内散料对仓壁的侧向压力的解析表达式,分析了筒仓半径R和仓中散料深度z对筒仓侧压力的影响,并通过两个典型工程实例检验了该文所得公式的正确性,从而为浅圆仓的设计提供了一种新的计算散料侧压力的方法。As a new silo type, squat silos have been widely used in China. However, there is no unified and suitable formula for calculation of lateral pressure of squat silos. To solve this problem, systematical research is carried out in this paper. Firstly, based on the specific failure mode of squat silos, a simplified model for calculating lateral pressure of squat silo is established. Then an upper bound solution of lateral pressure of squat silos according to limit analysis is presented. The influences of the squat silos radius and the bulk material filling depth are researched. Lastly, for the purpose of verification the obtained solution is compared to numerical results as well as full size experiment, and good agreements are concluded.
