摘　　要：考察了指数因素分析法存在的缺陷,根据公平、合理分配的原则,以及方法的真实性、稳定性、系统性的基本要求,在建立因素分析模型的基础上,提出了一种正确的分配方法:平均分配法。并将其具体应用与影响系数分析法和指数因素分析法相比较,得出了该方法较为合理的结论。Inspected the shortcomings of index factor analysis, on the basis of the principle of equitable and reasonable allocation, and the basic requirements of methods of authenticity, stability and systemic, in establishing the basis of factor analysis model, put forward a proper allocation method, that is, the average distribution method. And compared its specific application with influence coefficient method and index factor analysis, come to the conclusion that the average distribution method is more reasonable.
