联合应用经腹部与经阴道超声对子宫肌瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用经腹部超声(transabdominal ultrasound,TAS)与经阴道超声(transvaginal ultra-sound,TVS)在子宫肌瘤诊断中的价值。方法对65例患者82个瘤体联合应用经腹部超声及经阴道超声作出诊断,根据病理结果比较单用经腹部超声、经阴道超声及两者联合应用的诊断符合率。结果65例经病理证实的子宫肌瘤中,经腹部超声诊断符合率87.69%,漏诊5例,误诊3例;经阴道超声诊断符合率95.38%,漏诊1例,误诊2例,联合应用经腹部超声与经阴道超声诊断符合率100%,无1例漏诊或误诊。结论在子宫肌瘤的超声诊断中,联合应用经腹部超声与经阴道超声,明显优于单用经腹部超声或经阴道超声。[Objective] To explore the diagnostic value of united application of transabdominal ultrasound （TAS） and transvaginal ultrasound （TVS） in hysteromyoma. [Methods] The united application of transabdominal ultrasound （TAS） and transvaginal ultrasound （TVS） was aimed at diagnosing 65 patients with 82 tumors. A comparative analysis was subsequently performed on the diagnosing accordance rate of simple application of transabdominal ultrasound （TAS） or transvaginal ultrasound （TVS） or united application of them according to the pathological report. [Results] In the diagnosis of 65 patients with hysteromyoma which was pathologically confirmed, the diagnosing accordance rate of transabdominal ultrasound （TAS） was 87.69% with 5 cases of missed diagnosis and 3 cases of misdiagnosis, that of transvagin.,d uhrasound （TVS） was 95.38% with 1 case of missed diagnosis and 2 cases of misdiagnosis, and that of the united application of them was 100% without missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis.[ Conclusion] In the ul- trasonic diagnosis of hysteromyoma, the diagnosing accordance rate of the united application of transabdominal uhrasound （TAS） and transvaginal ultrasound （TVS） significantly excel that of either.
