摘　　要：目的:了解深圳市南山区孕妇妊娠中期碘营养状况及尿碘浓度(μg/L),同时调查妇女碘知识知晓度,分析两者的相关性。方法:对824名孕中期妇女进行调查问卷,并采用尿碘快速定量检测法进行尿碘含量测定。结果:孕妇尿碘浓度分布服从偏正态分布规律,中位数为243·35μg/L,重度和中度缺碘的比率分别为0·85%和2·8%。孕妇对碘相关知识知晓度平均62·4%,与尿碘存在显著的正相关关系(r=0·813)。结论:深圳市南山区孕妇碘营养状况总体良好,能够满足其本身和胎儿的生理需要,但仍有少部分处于缺碘状态。尿碘是孕妇碘营养水平的有效评价指标,要加强对该项指标的监测。加强碘知识的宣传,尤其是在孕妇等重点人群中进行碘营养知识的普及,提高相关知识的知晓程度。Objective： To study the iodine nutritional status and the distribution of urinary iodine concentration （μg/L） as well as their awareness of iodine deficiency knowledge among pregnant women during mid - pregnancy in Nanshan district of Shenzhen, and to analyze the statistical relativity between them. Methods ： 824 mid - pregnant women were investigated using questionnaires, and rapid quantitative detection method was adopted to determine the concentrations of urine iodine. Results ： The distribution of iodine concentrations of pregnant women obeyed the rule of partial normal distribution, with the median of 243.35μg/L. The rates of moderate and severe iodine deficiency were 0.85% and 2.8%, respectively. The average awareness rate of iodine related knowledge among pregnant women was 62.4% , which was positively related with urine iodine concentration （r = 0. 813 ）. Conclusion： The iodine nutritional status of pregnant women in Nanshan district of Shenzhen is generally good, which can almost meet the physiological needs of pregnant women and fetus. But there are still a few iodine deficiency cases. The detection of urine iodine, as an effective evaluation indicator of iodine nutrition among pregnant women, should be strengthened. And the propaganda of iodine related knowledge, especially the popularization of iodine nutrition knowledge among the focus group such as pregnant women, should be strengthened to improve the knowledge awareness.
