摘　　要：目的:探讨剖宫产术后子宫下段切口瘢痕处早期妊娠的声像图特征,评价经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫下段瘢痕处妊娠的诊断价值。方法:对28例诊断为子宫下段剖宫产切口瘢痕处早期妊娠的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:超声诊断正确25例,正确率89.29%,误诊3例。28例中6例手术治疗,22例保守治疗。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查是无创性诊断子宫下段切口瘢痕处早期妊娠的可靠方法,并对临床选择治疗方案有指导意义。Objective： To explore the ultrasonographic features of early cesarean scar pregnancy and evaluate the diagnostic value of intravaginal color Doppler ultrasound in cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods ： Clinical data of 28 cases with early cesarean scar pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. Results： 25 cases were diagnosed correctly by intravaginal ultrasound, with 3 cases of misdiagnosis. The correct rate was 89.29%. Surgical treatment was applied in 6 cases, and conservative treatment was adopted in the other 22 cases. Conclusion ： Intravaginal color Doppler ultrasound is a reliable method of noninvasive diagnosis for early cesarean scar pregnancy. And it can provide valuable references to the clinical treatment.
