物理延时型安全套的临床试用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:了解物理延时型安全套的临床试用效果。方法:选择有正常性生活,无临床试验禁忌证,自愿试用物理延时型安全套,且能按要求填写各种调查表格的1050例受试者作临床试用。结果:从避孕安全性、舒适性、阴茎勃起硬度、插入容易程度、性交持续时间等方面显示,受试者对物理延时安全套的非常满意及满意情况显著好于普通安全套(P<0.05),使用物理延时安全套更可有效延长性交时间。结论:物理延时型安全套能有效维持和延长阴茎的充血状态,保证增强阴茎体勃起强度,维持和延长阴茎勃起时间,对抗和克服早泄,改善射精状况,从而改善和提高性交质量。Objective： To study the clinical effects of physical delayed condom. Methods： 1,050 male volunteers with normal sexual life and no contraindications of clinical trials were selected in this study. Various schedule tables were filled out according to requests. Results ： The extents of ＂very satisfaction＂ and ＂satisfaction＂ on physical delayed condom were significantly higher than ordinary condoms （P 〈 0. 05）, evaluated from the following aspects such as contraceptive validity, comfort, penis erectile hardness, ease of insertion and duration of sexual intercourse. The duration of sexual intercourse could be prolonged effectively using physical delayed condom. Conclusion ： The physical delayed condom can strengthen the penis erectile hardness and prolong the erectile lasting time through the maintenance and extension of penis congestion. Physical delayed condom can promote the quality of sexual life by overcoming premature ejaculation and improving ejaculation.
