摘　　要：以磷酸和氧化锌为主要原料,研制了一种常温锌系磷化液。考察了游离酸度、总酸度及自制CT-1复合促进剂对磷化液性能的影响,用红外光谱(IR)对磷化膜的主要成分进行了表征。结果表明,适量的自制CT-1促进剂可以提高磷化膜的耐蚀性,膜的成分以缔合型磷酸盐为主。A normal temperature zinc-series phosphating Solution had been developed with phosphor acid and zinc oxide as main raw materials. The effect of free-acidity, total-acidity and multiple promoter on performance of phosphate film was observed by IR The results showed that suitable self-made CT-1 could increase the anti-corrosion performance of zinc-series phosphate film and the main component of the film was complex phosphate.
